Steve, it’s been an eye opener, you have helped me embrace my uniqueness, and provide direction.
Working for a medium to large company as the HR and Payroll manager, I face many challenges daily, being an empath by nature this takes a whole new meaning to this occupation. Quiet often we go home, realising how the little things make a difference to those around us, trying to separate the personal feelings form one human being to another and being mindful of the professional aspect that one needs to have in place at all times, while at the same time remain compassionate and human to those that keep our business going. Steve has assisted in me streamlining and setting boundaries which have benefited myself and the business.
Steve has helped me identify the things I can change and be in control of those that I cannot, how to work through or with it. He is a great sounding board, opening ones thought patterns to really think about the root of the “problem” / situation. He brings a lot of realisations to the forefront of one’s mind.

He gets one thinking really deep and hard and questioning the thoughts that we have, from the first session he had me tuning in to my thought patterns and asking the real questions of why. Steve is great at communicating and getting things out of you. He has made such a difference in my mindset and outlook. During the difficult times, he has been there, outside of our coaching sessions, giving me guidance and input where needed. He encouraged me to look at my way of communicating with others, which has helped strengthen relations with both seniors and peers.

I have had the privilege this year of working with Steve Krummeck as a personal leadership coach.
Steve is certainly a subject matter expert, that with his professional and unique style was able to probe me with the right level of questions, statements, or other leadership examples that made me comfortable opening up, identifying and sharing some of my own leadership challenges.
Through various sessions that were always in-depth discussions and debates we were able to unpack and build on strengthening key leadership opportunities we identified.

My coaching journey with Steve started as one of a select few CAVI employee’s that were chosen to take part in the CAVI leadership program. The addition of Steve’s coaching sessions was a new add-on to the leadership program, and in my opinion one of the best decisions CAVI made to evolve and grow the effectiveness of the leadership team and the CAVI leadership program.
When I started my journey with Steve, my self-awareness, emotional intelligence, ability to plan strategically, my interpersonal skills, stress management, and my leadership qualities, were all extremely underdeveloped.
